I posted a new video on my youtube channel about a month ago and I totally forgot to post it on this blog. So, for any curly girls out there who looking for simple natural hairstyle with very easy style, stay tune to my videos, I will post the link down below, feel free to watch it and please subscribe to my channel for new coming videos and let me know if you guys want me to do a video on some cool hairstyles or maybe my everyday makeup routine and whatever girls you name it!
You will need:
- hair ties
- any type of hair gel (water based is better)
- brush
- hair pick (afro pick/afro comb)
- hair pick (afro pick/afro comb)
- bobby pins
- water
- leave-in conditioner
- coconut oil (any type of oils of your choice)
I did this hairstyle on my third/fourth day hair, before I spray some water to make my hair more manageable, I did have product on my hair (leave-in conditioner), but because it's been there for days, I spray the water and add little bit of my tresemme leave-in spray to add moisture to my hair. Then I was too lazy to detangle my hair, I just straightaway add my hair gel. After that I just divided my hair and started twisting my hair on each section as you will see from the video. You can use bobby pins to hold the end of your hair while you are doing the rest of your hair. When I finished, I just tied my hair without the bobby pins. When I'm ready to sleep, I just sleep on my sateen pillowcase to keep my hair from drying out. The next day after I showered, I just put a bit more of oil and start untwisted my hair on each section. Be careful when you do this method, because sometimes you get too excited and your hair can end up looking like a mess. To get more volume, I took my afro pick and make my hair bigger than it is, to add those afro looking hair. LOL. Then there you go! A beautiful untwisted hair ^_^
